Eisenherz is a very special purebred Trakehner gelding with an entirely imported bloodlines and the grandson of the amazing renown stallion, Millennium. Rudi presents with a modern and naturally uphill build, created by a lovely topline, strong hind quarters, shoulders and legs, a soft face and three expressive and correct paces. Rudi has beautiful ground coverage, a very powerful hind leg with impressive reach and a natural cadence which allows him to float around with a wonderful presence. Rudi has undoubtedly inherited the temperament of both is sire and dam, having an outstanding, kind nature which makes him incredibly trusting and willing. Rudi continues to surprise us as he is constantly growing stronger, he is becoming more and more elegant, and his presence, paces and rideablility become more incredible everyday. Rudi has a big future ahead of him and we cannot wait to see the amazing horse he will turn out to be. 

Rudi's is dam, St.Pr.u.Pr.St.S1 Elfenzauber, was the 3yo Champion mare of the Trakehner Verband grading in Germany in 2010 receiving 7.5 = jump, 8.0 = body, foundation conformation, walk & overall impression, 8.5 = type & canter, 9.0 = trot, & 10.0 = rideability.

St.Pr.u.Pr.St.S1 Elfenzauber placed 6th as a 6yo in the Bundeschampionate World Young Horse Championships in Germany and has obtained many wins in M level dressage, and was granted Premium & State Premium mare in the Trakehner Verband. St.Pr.u.Pr.St.S1 Elfenzauber carries the bloodlines of E.H. Tambour, E.H. Hohenstein, E.H. Tivano, E.H. Caprimond, E.H. Consul, Gipsy King, E.H. Buddenbrock and E.H. Sixtus. 

St.Pr.u.Pr.St.S1 Elfenzauber has come out of retirement and has hit the dressage competition scene by storm, bringing home Elementary Champion at her second competition back from six years off and two foals, and yet to be unplace in a test since coming back. St.Pr.u.Pr.St.S1 Elfenzauber is now in preparation and campaigning towards the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games for a place on the Australian Para Dressage Team. Elfenzauber is the 2023 CPEDI3* Grade V Para Equestrian Australian Reserve Champion, 2023 CPEDI3* Grade V Para Equestrian Victorian State Champion and 2023-2024 Australian High Performance Squad (Para Equestrian).

Rudi's sire, E.H. Ivanhoe (E.H. Millennium a.d. St.Pr.E.St.S1 Interesse v. E.H. Hohenstein), is currently competing at Grand Prix level with scores consistently over 70%. Ivanhoe is stunning to watch and immediately impresses with his noble type and charisma. His exterior is impeccable, with harmonious lines and an expressive face.  Ivanhoe’s modern top line and impressive shoulders add much to his movement. He thrilled judges with an excellent interior, good performance, high rideability, and his movement dynamics under saddle. Ivanhoe truly is a prime example of a modern riding horse. His gaits are presented from a dynamic hind end and are characterized by a high degree of elasticity and uphill tendency. At his 50 day stallion test, in 2016 in Schlieckau, Germany, Ivanhoe scored 7.5 = jump & walk, 8.0 = canter, 8.75 = rideability, 9.0 = trot, 9.5 = willingness, & 9.75 = character & temperament.

Rudi also shares the same sire and dam lines as the 2021 Tokyo and 2024 Paris Olympic Dressage Team and Individual Gold Medalist, and the 2021 European Individual, Freestyle Individual & Team Gold Medalist Champion, TSF DALERA BB. ​

Rudi is an incredibly friendly boy with an outstanding temperament, being very quiet and easy to handle. He has three strong, uphill, correct and floating paces, plenty of cadence and positive energy and natural talent for the collected paces. He is highly intelligent, willing and trainable, taking on any new task asked of him confidentiality, sensibly and maturely. Rudi has started under saddle and has been incredibly calm, patient and willing with the whole process. Rudi is very rideable, is very soft with light contact, going around naturally in a very uphill frame and also very attentive to the aids. Rudi is very easy to do anything with, he happily wears rugs and ties up and stands very quietly and patiently to get trimmed, float, saddle up, wash, etc, nothing phases him at all. Rudi is an absolute gentleman with the utmost respect for everyone around him, he is an absolute delight in every way possible. He is currently being ridden by a para rider, and has been ridden professional riders and by beginners, he doesn’t care who is on his back which really says it all about this wonderful boy. Rudi is loves being hacked out and is always on the buckle, having been ridden on sealed and unsealed roads, through the bush and along the river. Rudi also gets ridden around bareback, taking him too and from his paddock he is ridden bareback, with his rugs on and just a halter.
